AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Kent Plumbing Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any loss arising from items being out of stock, or arising from problems with delivery including late, incomplete or damaged items. Claims for incomplete or damaged items must be made, in writing via email within three days of delivery. Kent Plumbing Supplies Ltd will do its utmost to ensure that goods are provided as quickly as possible though we rely on other professional bodies to deliver goods on our behalf.
ORDER PROCESSING
Kent Plumbing Supplies will only process orders during our opening hours and days, but must highlight that the cut-off time for same day order processing is 14:00. Orders received after that time may still be processed that day, but if not will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed during the hours or days we are closed will be processed when open on the following business day. You can view our opening hours here. Opening hours may change during the Christmas period, which we will always post separately nearer the time.
All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from the time you place your order.
Please do not arrange to have an installer on site until after the goods have arrived and you have checked them for suitability and good condition.
DELIVERY METHODS
Collect In Store: Many of our products listed on our site are in stock and can be available to collect in store within as little as 15 minutes. We would always advise you to call us before collecting in store if it is paramount that you have to collect the goods on the same day in case the goods required are not in stock. Many of the products listed are available to us the following business day if not stocked/out of stock. Collection time will vary depending on how busy our store is, order size and time of day. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection and would always advise not travelling to store until you have been notified it is ready.
Kent Plumbing Supplies Delivery: We are able to offer a delivery service in our own van using our own drivers to postcodes within Kent, including some just outside of Kent. There is a single charge for this which is displayed in the checkout, and will differ when selecting different delivery locations. Once the order has been received and is ready to be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time and date, if we are made aware of any issues regarding stock we will discuss this with you as soon as we are aware, with the view of changing, cancelling or waiting for an item. For any heavy/large items we would ask for a suitable person(s) to assist our driver at the delivery address. If your delivery postcode is just outside of Kent, please feel free to contact us to discuss delivery options, as we may be able to deliver to your area.
Tracked Delivery: Orders will either be dispatched through a courier from our store, or through a courier directly from our supplier once your order is available in full. If items are not readily available to fulfil your order, then there may be delays in delivery. In any instance where it is known that your order will be delayed, Kent Plumbing Supplies will contact yourself either by telephone or e-mail to discuss your order. As couriers are used, once your order is sent, delivery is usually kept within 1-2 working days and tracking information can be provided to you upon request. Where we know tracking information immediately, we will provide you with this regardless. We have known at times for couriers to delay delivery, this can be down to driver shortages or during extremely busy times for the courier companies themselves i.e. during the Christmas period. If we know of a delay we will let you know as soon as possible, however Kent Plumbing Supplies have no control over the movements of couriers and are not liable for any delays caused by couriers.
Free Direct Delivery: Orders that qualify will receive delivery at no extra cost. Delivery is generally kept between 1-2 business days with the exception for water softener salt which can take up to (but not bound to) 5-7 business days.
Eastbrook Direct Delivery: Orders will be carried out by or on behalf of Eastbrook Company and are generally kept between 1-3 business days. Any delivery charges necessary will be shown at checkout.
Grant Westfield Multipanel Direct Delivery: Orders will be carried out by or on behalf of Grant Westfield and are generally kept between 2-4 business days. Any delivery charges necessary will be shown at checkout.
Kartell Direct Delivery: Orders will be carried out by or on behalf of Kartell UK and are generally kept between 1-3 business days. A delivery charge will be shown at checkout which covers over 85% of locations within mainland U.K. Should your delivery area require a further delivery charge, we will be in contact to discuss this soon after. This is due to Kartell UK's delivery policy which is not a flat single rate, depending on postcode. Should you wish to find out costs before placing your order, please feel free to contact us and speak with one of the sales team who will be able to assist.
Some orders may make use of multiple delivery options from those shown above. When this occurs, you should be shown the cheapest delivery option which may make use of multiple delivery options meaning we may have to split your deliveries. If this should occur then you may have different delivery lead times on items, and we would advise referring back to the above individual delivery options and their descriptions.

FAILED ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES DUE TO LACK OF ATTENDANCE BY CUSTOMERS OR WITHOUT CORRECT ACCESS MAY INCURR AN ADDITIONAL COST DUE TO AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY ATTEMPT PASSED ON BY THE RELEVANT DELIVERY COMPANY. PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS IS OCCUPIED AT ALL TIMES BY SUITABLE PERSON(S) TO ENSURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO PASS ON DELIVERY DATES AND THESE ARE GIVEN AS "ALL DAY" APPOINTMENTS.
All deliveries that are not completed by Kent Plumbing Supplies LTD will be completed using a third party courier service or manufacturers own transport. Once your order has left ourselves we are trusting that the selected delivery option will take full care of your order and will ensure an undisturbed delivery to yourself. Kent Plumbing Supplies Limited will not be liable for any damages, delays, or loss of items or earnings that are down to a fault arising from the selected courier company.
